RETURNS AND  REFUNDS 

At  dorezascrafts , your satisfaction matters . However, due  to the nature of  our handmade   soaps and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns and refunds for change of mind, in accordance with Australian hygiene and health regulations. This policy ensures the safety and wellbeing of all our customers.

 

DAMAGED OF FAULTY ITEMS

We take care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty,  Please inspect  upon delivery and contact within 2-5 business days. 

In line with Australian Consumer Law you may be entitled to a replacement, refund or store credit if  the product is proven to be damaged, faulty. Please include your order number, a clear description of issue .  Photographs of the damaged item and packaging .We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
